Gail Petersen, Ph.D.

Dr. Gail Petersen has worked with organizations to bring about significant business performance gains as they have taken on mergers and acquisitions, new strategies, competitive challenges, process improvement, and demands for reducing costs and increasing profitability.

Gail specializes in developing customized change strategies, followed by specific steps to re-educate and motivate the workforce. She places special emphasis on creating and sustaining high-performance teams that are global and virtual.

Gail has been on the faculty of Adelphi University, has taught through Duke's Fuqua School of Business and has served as a visiting professor at Thunderbird-The Garvin School of International Management where she taught global leadership and organizational behavior.

Gail holds her Ph.D. in psychology from Peabody College of Vanderbilt University.
